Short-Term Courses

FIM offers short courses in Malay Cuisine, Western Cuisine, Pastry, Bakery and Foodservice Supervision. Our methodology, “Serve Up the Right Recipe”, strives to provide hands-on training and a one-to-one learning experience. The participant will be guided by professional trainers who are well-versed in the industry.

  • Participants are able to elevate their skills and knowledge in their respective fields.
  • Courses include a Certificate in Food Handlers./ Participants will receive a Food Handlers Certificate upon completion of the course.
