FIM offers short courses in Malay Cuisine, Western Cuisine, Pastry & Bakery, and Foodservice Supervision. FIM’s “Serve Up the Right Recipe” methodology encourages a hands-on, one- to- one learning experience. Through close attention to detail, our Chef Instructors distinguish the areas that each student needs to develop.
