Weekend Cooking Classes

FIM’s "Serve Up the Right Recipe" methodology encourages a hands-on, one to one learning experience. Through close attention to detail, our Chef Instructors distinguish the areas that each learner needs to develop.

A shared respect between learner and chefs creates a professional atmosphere that is carried into the learner’s workplace and into the community. We also like to have fun while learning. We promote an interactive teaching environment in the kitchen. The education experience is enriched by the many special events that center on food and the hospitality industry.

Weekly Short Courses charges (Individual)
*minimum 10 participants

i. 2 hours Demo/Talk
    Talk and Food Demo,
    Fees: RM50.00 per person,
    Minimum participants = 50 pax

ii. * 1 day course (Saturday or Sunday),
    Demo/Practical class,
    fees(2 types of recipes): RM350.00 per person,
    *ONE (1) class = 4 hours

iii. * 2 days courses (Saturday and Sunday)
    Demo/Practical class,
    Fees(4 types of recipes): RM600.00 per person,
    *ONE(1) class = 4 hours

iv. * 4 days courses (Saturday and Sunday)
    demo/Practical class,
    Fees(8 types of recipes): RM1,200.00 per person,
    *ONE(1) class = 4 hours

v. * 6 days courses (Saturday and Sunday)
    Demo/Practical class,
    Fees(12 types of recipes): RM1,800.00 per person,
    *ONE(1) class = 4 hours

vi. * 8 days courses (Saturday and Sunday)
    Demo/Practical class,
    Fees(16 types of recipes): RM2,400.00 per person,
    *ONE(1) class = 4 hours

Mode of language: Bahasa Malaysia and English

End of each courses, participants will receive:
      - FIM Certificate of Attendance
        * Sijil Pengendalian Makanan (recognized by Kementerian Kesihatan, Malaysia)

    Demo/Practical class,
    Participants = 20 person,
    Fees(6 types of recipes): RM1,250.00 per pax
    ONE(1) day class = 6 hours
    **RM150.00 will be charged for any additional participants.

ii. * 4 days courses (Saturday and Sunday),
    Demo/Practical class,
    Participants = 20 prson,
    Fees(12 types of recipes):RM2,400.00 per pax
    ONE(1) day class = 6 hours
    **RM150.00 will be charged for any additional participants.

iii. * 6 days courses (Saturday and Sunday),
    Demo/Practical class,
    Participants = 20 person,
    Fees(18 types of recipes):RM3,500.00 per pax
    ONE(1) day class = 6 hours
    **RM150.00 will be charged for any additional participants.

iv. * 8 days courses (Saturday and Sunday),
    Demo/Practical class,
    Participants = 20 person,
    Fees(24 types of recipes):RM4,900.00 per pax
    ONE(1) day class = 6 hours
    **RM150.00 will be charged for any additional participants.

v. *10 days coursess (Saturday and Sunday),
    Demo/Practical cooking class,
    Participants = 20 person,
    Fees(30 types of recipes):RM6,000.00 per pax
    **ONE(1) day class = 6 hours
    **RM150.00 will be charged for any additional participants.

**Meals
    - THREE (3) times a day in FIM. (Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon tea)
